Nightly rates for the Main Floor Suite.     Nightly Rate: $125. for 2 guests.   Additional guests: $15 / person / night         Weekly Rate: $750. for 2 guests.   Additional guests: $90 / person / week     No charge for children 6 years of age or under.

The suite accommodates up to a maximum of 4 persons. We reserve the right to limit the minimum booking to three (3) consecutive nights. Accommodation rates are priced in Canadian Dollars. No additional taxes or fees are charged. Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discovery credit cards are accepted as well as PayPal. Payments can be made though the PayPal secure on-line server. A $125. deposit is required to confirm the booking. Full payment is due 30 days in advance of the arrival date. Cancellation Policy: Except for a $25. administration fee, the deposit is fully refundable up to 30 days prior to the arrival date. Within 30 days of the arrival date, up to 90% of all deposits and payments will be refunded if the house can be rebooked for the time period of your original booking. No smoking is allowed in the house. Smoking is restriced to outside areas. (porch and deck) Check-in time: after 4 pm. -/- Check-out time: 10 am. -/- Other arrangements by request.
